You acknowledge that the App may communicate with our servers from time to time to check for updates to the App, such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions. By installing the App, you agree to such automatically requested and received updates.

You agree that if we disable access to the App, you may be prevented from accessing the App or certain features within the App. 

You may not distribute, publish, or send through an App: (1) any spam, including any unsolicited advertisements, solicitations, commercial messages, informational announcements, or promotional messages of any kind; (2) chain mail; (3) numerous copies of the same or substantially similar messages; (4) empty messages; (5) messages that contain no substantive content; (6) very large messages or files that disrupt a server, account, newsgroup, or chat service; or (7) any message that is categorised as ‘phishing’.

widenstatistics does not warrant that the App, its functions, or content will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects will be corrected. widenstatistics makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for use of any offers, advertisement or third party content presented in connection with the App. The App is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. You agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. 

widenstatistics will not be liable to you for any damages of any kind arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our liability for monetary damages for any claims that you may have against us is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App. 

Safety and cybercrime

Violations of any safe rule is not tolerated. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
You may not post media that is excessively gory or share violent or adult content within live video or in profile header, or List banner images. Media depicting sexual violence and/or assault is also not permitted.
You may not promote violence against or directly attack or threaten other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. We also do not allow accounts whose primary purpose is inciting harm towards others on the basis of these categories.
Hateful imagery and display names: You may not use hateful images or symbols in your profile image or profile header. You also may not use your username, display name, or profile bio to engage in abusive behavior, such as targeted harassment or expressing hate towards a person, group, or protected category.
You may not publish or post other people s private information without their express authorization and permission. We also prohibit threatening to expose private information or incentivizing others to do so. In addition, you may not share private media, such as images or videos of private individuals, without their consent. However, we recognise that there are instances where users may share images or videos of private individuals, who are not public figures, as part of a newsworthy event or to further public discourse on issues or events of public interest. In such cases, we may allow the media to remain on the platform. 
You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. We consider abusive behavior an attempt to harass, intimidate, or silence someone else’s voice.
There is no place on Travel Planner for violent organizations, including terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, or individuals who affiliate with and promote their illicit activities. The violence that these groups engage in and/or promote jeopardizes the physical safety and well-being of those targeted. Our assessments under this policy are informed by national and international terrorism designations, as well as our violent extremist group and violent organizations criteria.
You may not threaten violence against an individual or a group of people. We also prohibit the glorification of violence.
Healthy conversation is only possible when people feel safe from abuse and don’t resort to using violent language. For this reason, we have a policy against threatening violence on Twitter. We define violent threats as statements of an intent to kill or inflict serious physical harm on a specific person or group of people. 
You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm.

You may not post or share intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent.
We have a zero-tolerance child sexual exploitation policy on Travel Planner.
